This exceptional bat collection comes from the 1910s-30s, which was a very turbulent time for America's pastime as the deadball era was vanquished by the reign of Ruth. This particular collection comes from the arsenal of the Brooklyn Dodgers and includes the likes of: John McCarthy, Hy Meyers, Andy High, Milt Stock, Bissonette, Fitzsimmons, Corcoran, Val Picinick, Ed Konetchy, Charlie Hargreaves, Bernie Neis, Sammy Bohne, Jake Daubert, Joe Hutcheson, Jack Fournier, Jesse Barnes, Bill Doak, Rube Bressler, Sam Narron, Ernie Koy, Jake Flowers and Hank Deberry. All of the bats are Hillerich and Bradsby model 125s except for McCarthy's pro model Spalding, and Daubert's 250 model. This lot includes some very obscure and extremely desirable lumber. The bats are of varying use and condition. Many are cracked.
