With every Topps Plaks pack you purchased, a picture checklist was enclosed detailing the players featured in the set. The front side features Hank Aaron and Roberto Clemente, while the reverse has Willie Mays and Pete Rose. This rare checklist card has been graded "authentic trimmed" by PSA. There are only three examples that have received numerical grades for this card.
