Known for his prodigious work both at the plate and behind the dish, Elston Howard helped guide the Yankees during the franchise's most successful period. This 12-time All-Star was a consistent winner who appeared in 10 World Series, winning six, during his career. In 1963, Howard became the first black player to win the A.L. MVP. Get your hands on this extremely tough to find, single-signed, Official League baseball with blue Yankees logo stamped on one panel. Howard signed on another panel "To Tony, Best Wishes, Elston Howard." The ball is clean and grades NRMT. Signature in black felt tip is very strong, 9/10.
