The Sultan of Swat is displayed in all his glory in this stately, bronze, electric desk clock that is fully functional. A 6.5" bust of the iconic slugger is centered atop the base, with bronze baseballs at both of his sides detailing two of his most astounding accomplishments: his one-time "ONE SEASON 60 HOME RUNS" record and his "LIFETIME 714 HOME RUNS" mark that lasted for decades as the standard for sluggers. The clock was reportedly a prize originating from a baseball punch board game around 1948, and was later available for purchase. The art-deco base features a digital hour and minute readout with seconds displayed on an adjacent dial. The ball on the right is a bit loose, but otherwise the entire piece is in EX condition and stands appx. 10" tall.
