Among his many accomplishments, Clement Walter "Clem" Labine picked up a win and a save in the 1955 World Series, the only one won by the Brooklyn Dodgers and even though saves weren't officially recorded at that time, he has retroactively been cited as one of the best in that category of the era. This satin jacket was worn on those cool Brooklyn nights, it is a size 42 with label reading "Fabric by Skinner" and has a leather strap for hanging sewn into the collar, and has a heavy wool liner. The # 41 sewn on the left sleeve identifies this as Labine's. The zipper front is fully functional, this jacket is in nice condition but shows use.
