Before the famed "We Are Family" Pittsburgh Pirates of 1979 fame, the Bucs took home their prior World Championship in the 1971 season. On the strength of standout Roberto Clemente, the team from the Steel City upset the Baltimore Orioles, four games to three in the Fall Classic. This official National League (Feeny) ball contains 20 signatures from that championship team, including Clemente as well as Al Oliver and Manny Sanguillen. There is some staining on the ball and the signatures are somewhat faded but largely legible, rating on average approximately 6.5/10.
