Offered here are the fight worn gloves used by Tony Tucker in his title unification bout with Mike Tyson on August 1, 1987. Tucker held the IBF World Title going into the fight. Tyson won a 12-round decision to lay claim to all three world titles. Tucker's gloves are red leather with a manufacturer's label for Everlast at each wrist. They have partial white laces. Gloves are marked inside, "Tucker." Well worn, but perfectly intact. Letter of authenticity from Tyson's assistant manager Steve Lott who took possession immediately after the fight. A rare offering from another world heavyweight champion which comes with a video of the fight showing Tucker wearing the gloves.
