Lot Description  

Leo Durocher's 1941 Dodgers ended a 21-year pennant drought by edging out the St. Louis Cardinals before falling to the hated crosstown rival Yankees. This very nice signed baseball from the N.L. Champs is an Official National League (Frick) model in EX condition with a clear coating. Eighteen autographs include Durocher, Joe Medwick, Billy Herman, Augie Galan, Lew Riggs, Mickey Owen, Hugh Casey, Pee Wee Reese, Whit Wyatt, Curt Davis, Pete Reiser, and more. Overall, the black ink signatures rate 7/10. A nice pick-up for Dodgers fans.
