This great photo is completely original, right down to its frame just as it hung on Christy Walsh's wall. All the wording on the photo is hand-crafted and reads: "ST. LOUIS VS. PHILADELPHIA - WORLD SERIES 1930." The seven individuals posed in the shot are also identified by last name: "RUTH, McGRAW, STREET, WALSH, MACK, ALTROCK and COBB." This is the photo from which the vintage ones were made. The contrast and clarity are perfect but for a blurred Ty Cobb, who was probably moving when the photo was being taken. The condition appears EX-MT. The Athletics won their fifth and final World Series in Philadelphia that season before moving to Kansas City.
