From 1946, one year after the end of World War II, these are 10 7x9" photos of Japanese war criminals, from the New York Bureau. Each photo shows four criminals, with an attached press release identifying and describing each. Included among these 40 is the infamous Tokyo Rose, who broadcast Japanese propaganda to U.S. forces.
