This is a complete run of 68 game programs from the first game in 1935 to the 2001 tilt. The Sugar Bowl, the second oldest college football bowl game behind only the Rose Bowl, is its own piece of Americana and has become part of the New Year’s Day tradition. The game originally featured the top team from the Southeastern Conference facing off against the top at-large institution, and in recent years the contest has been part of the BCS Championship Series to determine the NCAA’s National Champion. Overall condition of the collection is VG-EX. Much of the earlier material is VG while the much of the later material is EX-MT or better.
