Defensive back Ken Konz spent all seven years of his pro football career with the Cleveland Browns in the 1950s, and this 14 Karat gold ring was presented to him after the 1955 championship season. A genuine diamond is set on top and there's a maker's mark and "K. KONZ" stamped on the inside. It is Size 11, in NRMT condition and comes directly from the Konz family. The wording on the ring's face is: CLEVELAND BROWNS WORLD CHAMPIONS. The mascot Brownie Elf is depicted on one side and the letters NFL are on the other with the year split on both. The 1955 Browns set a record for fewest points allowed, and Konz - a 1951 graduate of LSU - was vital to the team's defensive glory. Cleveland destroyed the Los Angeles Rams, 38-14 in L.A. during the 1955 championship game the day after Christmas.
