There is some amazing stuff here, with great specimens of the early game. Included: a red wool complete baseball uniform; the thatched pants are a highlight of the piece, which is pre-1910 with a cadet collar, use of numbers, and in excellent condition with the original cap and socks. Next is a Stall and Dean lace front jersey. It's a killer jersey with original sliding pads. The “C” insignia on the front has been removed. Lace fronts (the lace is not original) are nearly impossible to find. Third is an 1890's Silver Lake baseball uniform, complete with jersey (military collar), quilted pants and original belt. Fourth is an 1890's red complete baseball uniform. The insignia appears to read “SVC”. Beautiful cadet collar jersey with pants, leggings and even the cap. Overall excellent condition. Fifth is fabulous University of Iowa 1915 fancy "tuxedo" baseball jacket and matching uniform. Sixth is a turn of the century Northern League Winnipeg Maroons game used road flannel with a sun collar (typical of the times). Interesting insignia on the chest in beautiful wine color is an intertwined "W&M". Brilliant yoke back. Seventh and last is a heavy (MT) Minneapolis Millers flannel jersey with a "7" on the back. Spalding tag in the collar and a size 42 flag tag next to it. Great, great stuff!
