This fine collection of bats comes from the dugout of the St. Paul Saints, who were consistent winners in the old American Association. The bats: 1920 AA batting champion Goldie Rapp, future Brooklyn Dodgers manager Charlie Dressen, Ron Fairly (who played briefly for the club in 1958 before launching his 21-year major league career), Eric "The Red" Tipton (who had played for the Reds and Phillies), Bubbles Hargrave(who played for the Cubs, Reds and Yankees), Joe Riggert (who played for Boston, Brooklyn and St. Louis) and Bruno Haas, who played 12 years with the Saints as well as with 4 NFL teams in the 1920s. All show great use.
