This J.F. Hillerich & Son Louisville Slugger is a very rare game used bat from Hall of Famer Zack "Buck" Wheat. It's a signature model with Wheat's name stamped in script on the barrel. The bat dates from the mid 1910s and was used while Wheat was playing for the Brooklyn Dodgers; it shows great use with an unreadable mailing label affixed to the barrel. It is 32" long and 44.1 oz. The handle is slightly cracked along the grain of the wood.
