Lot Description  

On June 13, 1935 "Cinderella Man" Jimmy Braddock upset the boxing world winning a 15 round decision over Max Baer at the Madison Square Garden Bowl in New York. Offered here are seven rare items relating to the fight. The first is the very scarce official program to the fight. 60 pages complete. Minor staining. Not scored. Overall VG. Next is a rare ticket stub which names the fighters (VG). There are three photos from the fight, two small advertising pieces and a signed 5 x 7 photo of Baer dated 1936 in full fight pose.
