These coins hail from the great battle of Bob Fitzsimmons vs. James Corbett. The coins appear to be made of brass, and are VG-EX with some tarnishing. The front of one coin says, "Jas. J. Corbett", while the front of the other coin says, "Rob't Fitzsimmons". The backs of the two coins are identical, and read, "Souvenir, Corbett-Fitzsimmons Contest, for the Championship of the World, Carson City, Nev. March 17, 1897.
