Brilliant sepia-toned photo on celluloid captures the beloved New York City mayor tossing out the first pitch at what is believed to be Yankee Stadium Opening Day. Given the years of Walker's reign, it's entirely possible that the ball he is holding is the first one used in the Yanks historic 1927 season. Regardless, it's a beautiful EX+ find, and a classy, important baseball collectible. Easel-backed for display purposes.
