On September 25, 1962 World Heavyweight Champion Floyd Patterson defended his title against number one contender Sonny Liston in Comiskey Park in Chicago. In this long anticipated fight Liston made short work of Patterson stopping him in the first round to win the title. Offered here is an illustrated felt souvenir pennant picturing both fighters, sold at the arena that evening. Measures 27” long. Some soiling, has a tack hole in upper left corner and is clipped on the end.
