Notes: This is the actual ring that was awarded to George Foster for being part of the 1986 Mets World Championship team. Although he was only there for part of the season, the Mets chose to award him with this ring. “World Champions” and “1986” surrounds a blue stone with twenty-four small diamonds and a larger diamond in the center. One side of the shank reads “Foster” above the Mets logo and engraved is the number “15.” The other side has the words “Met” above and “16 Wins” below an image of the World Series Trophy. All of the diamonds are real. Stamped “LGB 10K” inside. Originally obtained right from George Foster.
Condition: NRMT.
