Extremely rare 1930's Detroit Lions Game Used Jersey worn by either Frank Christensen or Kent Ryan as both player wore this number. Tag in the collar for "O'Shea Knitting Mills Chicago Patent Oct 10, 1916-April 8 1924". Sewn into the tail is another tag for "O’Shea Tool Shop Hardware in Detroit, MI" as well as a tag noting that the jersey is made of Wool & Rayon and a size 40 tag. The number "2" is stitched to both the front and the back. Shows overall wear with some pulling on the fabric and minor holes, mostly towards the waist. No major rips or tears. Original buttons. No alterations. Comes with a vintage original oversized 12" x 20'' 1938 Detroit Lions team photo by Hoffman Studios (stamped on back) picturing Ryan wearing this, or an identical jersey, style is photo matched. Comes with LOA signed by the wife of the former Lions equipment manager.
