The 35" hand finished commemorative bat has the unique red striping, indicative of the early model Cooperstown bats. The decal on the barrel of the bat is of Double Day Field, with an illustration of the staduim's front entrance and a blurb about "where baseball was invented and first played in 1839, and site of the Annual Hall of Fame Game." The bat is signed in blue sharpie by some truly outstanding hall of famers. The autographs include Bob Gibson,Ernie Banks, Bob Doerr, Duke Snider, Stan Musial, Red Schoendierest, Hal Newhouser, Enos Slaughter and Luis Aparicio. The signatures all rate an 8.5/9 out of 10.
