Photographer Nate Fine Scrapbook with Sports and Political Ephemera (60) Large scrapbook pages filled with the sports and political mementos collected by photographer Nate Fine. The Senators and Redskins photographer collected the programs, photographer passes, game tickets airline tickets, letters, photos etc. His White House news photographer press card and AAA membership card are even in here. Standouts include an (2) 8x10" photos of a ceremony at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, 5x7 images of Fine at a Navy football game and at work on football sidelines and a 10.5 x 13.5" photo of Fine photographing Harry Truman (also holding a camera) and inscribed by Truman, "Giving instructions to Nate Fine, an expert. By Harry Truman: an inexpert!" (Photo was behind glass which has since broken. Parts of the photo are stuck to pieces of the glass. Inscription is unaffected, but the surface has some paper loss.) Such a wide variety of sports and political ephemera here, it is impossible to cover everything. It is an extremely fascinating collection!
