Photograph of Yankee icons Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth together during their "barnstorming" days in the mid to late 1920's. They would travel together, especially to the west, to promote the game of baseball to parts of the country that were more removed from it. The photo itself is 8"x10" and is mounted to 13" x11" cardboard backing. It has Gehrig's and the Babe's signatures in facsimile. In addition, Ruth penned his name in black ink just below his facsimile signature. The autograph is an "8-9" strength and has been coated with a glossy protective agent. Photo comes with an LOA from both JSA and PSA/DNA.
