Huge lot of over 300 original 4 x 5'' negatives of the 1951 Japanese Peace Conference in San Francisco. Many picture former president Harry S Truman but also soldiers, treaty signings, foreign delegates, shots of the Opera House where it was held, Japanese officials, protesters and more. An amazing archive, possibly one of the finest on the planet related to this historic event. All are housed in the original envelopes with subjects identified on the front. EX-MT.
