On October 26, 1970 Muhammad Ali and Jerry Quarry fought for the
first time at the City Auditorium in Atlanta, Georgia. Ali had been
forced into a three year hiatus from the ring in 1967 for not
entering the armed forces and this was his first fight back. Quarry
seemed a tough test after such a long layoff, but Ali handled him
with ease and stopped him on cuts in the third round. Presented here
is a scarce on-site poster to the event which has been boldly signed
in blue sharpie by both Muhammad Ali and “Irish” Jerry Quarry. This
poster is paper in excellent condition with bold color and only minor
soiling from handling and edge wear. The poster measures 24 x 36".
