On January 28, 1974 former champions Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali squared off in Madison Square Garden in New York in an important heavyweight fight to determine the next challenger for the heavyweight crown. These two had fought in 1971 with Frazier winning and knocking Ali down in the process. Ali got his revenge here winning a hard fought 12 round decision. Presented here is an on-site poster to the event. The poster is cardboard, approximately 22” x 28,” and has been boldly signed by both fighters in black marker. The poster has some minor edge and surface wear. Overall excellent condition. A scarce on site poster and rarer still signed by the fighters. LOA for the signatures.
