Butch Goring developed into one of the most complete players in the
league while playing for the Los Angeles Kings. An excellent penalty
killer, he could also score goals with the best of them. He was good
on faceoffs and was a team leader in the dressing room. His passing
was first rate and he had a reputation for being one of the best
shooters on breakaways. He also had an "iron man" streak, going 379
games without missing one to injury. Goodman & Sons tag sewn inside
the front hem at the middle. Three black marks to the left of the
collar on the chest. Light puckering of the crest. Two team repairs
on the lower left side in the purple body. Stick marks scattered
across the front yellow hem stripe. A few board burns on the lower
right side. Stick marks and yellow paint transfer on the right sleeve
with marks through both sleeve numbers. One board burn to the top of
the right shoulder. Left sleeve has a couple of board burns and
assorted stick marks. A few red and white paint transfers on the
lower back left side. Goring sewn directly on the back above the
numbers. A few light marks inside the front hem and some sweat stains.
