Collection of extremely rare Canadian football and rugby historic items including a 1-1/4" Whitehead and Hoag 1898 Ottawa Rough Riders celluloid pinback with brocaded wreath. This is the earliest and only known 19th century artifact pertaining to football in Canada! Also: two 7-1/2" unused 1921 Eberhard Faber Grey Cup (Argonauts vs Eskimos) commemorative pencils with matching price card and an original Stroud Studios of Montreal photo of the famous 1913 McGill University Rugby team with Billy Hughes and coach Frank Shaughnessy, framed to 10" x 19-3/4".
