A great piece from a Negro League legend and one of the most powerful hitters to ever step up to the plate. Josh Gibson is pictured here with his jacket on, standing next to a teammate holding equipment in this very rare original photograph. At the time the picture was taken, Gibson was playing for the Maricaibo Centauros in Venezuela. Taken sometime in 1940, the snapshot is in EX condition and measures 2 1/2x4 3/4", resembling a baseball card.
