A signed letter from Hall of Famer Morgan Bulkeley, from Committee on Railroads stationary of all things. In 1876, Bulkeley served as the first president of the National League after he started the Hartford Dark Blues only two years prior. He only served for one year, but targeted illegal gambling and fan rowdiness in his term to somewhat successful ends. This letter doesn't address any baseball issues but bares his signature at the bottom in black fountain ink. The signature is graded 9/10 and the letter itself is rated EX-MT condition with the expected mailing folds.
