On July 4, 1912 in Las Vegas, New Mexico, World heavyweight Champion Jack Johnson defended his title against “Fireman” Jim Flynn. This was a one-sided affair with Johnson dominating throughout. Flynn, frustrated, turned to fouling and was disqualified in round nine. Presented here is a scarce full, unused ticket to the event. Both fighters are pictured on the ticket which is in Excellent condition with no creasing, stubs firmly attached, slightly worn corners and clean front and back. There is one small tear on the left stub with no paper loss.
