This attractive wooden plaque, presented to Guy by the Montreal Canadiens, displays the game puck from the final point of this streak mounted on anodized blue aluminum below the tri-color three-dimensional Habs logo. Inscribed, in French, is "Guy Lafleur, National Hockey League Record, Established in 1976-77, 28 Consecutive Games With At Least One Point" along with additional statistics from this milestone event.
