Celebrated among Pirates fans, Bob Moose pitched a no-hitter versus the Mets in 1969. Tragically, he died in an Ohio car accident in 1976 on his 29th birthday. This gray knit Pittsburgh Pirates jersey was worn by Bob Moose during the 1975 Pittsburgh Pirates season. "Pirates" is stitched on the front, the player number "38" is stitched on the front and back, both done in black on gold tackle twill. On the left front tail is a gray tag with "38," "42" and "75" embroidered in black, indicating the player number, size and year, respectively. Below this is the white "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with the size "42" in red. Jersey appears to be all-original with no alterations, shows nice use from a popular player.
