From 1973-81, the graduate of Notre Dame played defensive tackle and nose tackle for the Buffalo Bills after being acquired from the Dolphins in a trade. He was originally drafted #25 in the 1972 draft. He never missed a game because of injury. His first season with the team was the year that OJ cracked 2,000 yards. It's very obvious that this helmet saw a lot of game use, with multiple marks littering the outside from banging heads with those large offensive linemen.
