Important historical baseball jersey from the man who turned illegal pitches into an art form and a ticket to Cooperstown. Worn during the outing in which he picked up win number 302 (314 total), this exceptional white "home" example is sewn with "Mariners 36" on front in triple-layer tackle twill. Just below is this inscription, "Best Wishes-Gaylord Perry-#302-6-16-82", written in perfect blue sharpie. On back "Perry" is sewn in blue to a matching white nameplate which arches just above his number "36". Manufactured by Rawlings, with their [size] "46" tagging and "Set 1 1982" flag tag. An assortment of scuffs and field markings found throughout the jersey add to its already tremendous eye appeal and attest to its outstanding use. Just too good!
