It is one thing to mourn the demise of your favorite team’s old stadium, case in point - a St. Louis Cardinal fan lamenting the destruction of (the old) Busch Memorial Stadium in 2005, and yet it is all-together another form of devotion when a fan gets to actually own the ballpark, or, at least in this case, a piece of the structure. Better than that is a signed piece of such history, by a Hall of Famer who made that history, which is what we have offered here; three of four items were actually parts of Busch Memorial Stadium: 1) Green rail pad used at the old stadium, signed "Red Schoendienst HOF 89" in 9/10 silver Sharpie, and MLB hologram affixed. 2) As above, a green rail pad, this time signed "Stan Musial HOF 69" in 9/10 silver Sharpie. 3) A slice of the old stadium home dugout floor, signed by Bob Gibson in 9/10 blue Sharpie. And lastly, a signed 16x20" art photo of Stan Musial and Albert Pujols, proof numbered at 32/200 PP, and signatures rated at 10/10. All in all, it's Cardinal history - signed, sealed and delivered. All items were signed by the players in person.
