Cobb" personal stationary, this classic Cobb letter, dated 9/4/55, rambles on, in his typically brash manner, about an assortment of topics including Walter Briggs, a trip to Detroit, buying drinks at the bar, his son Ty Jr, hunting, hunting dogs, Detroit baseball, offers for doing a book, Grace Kelly, and much more. Closed with "Ty", which is followed again by, "T.R.C.". The five sheets are NRMT and combine to form one of the largest ink specimens to be offered from one of the premier Hall of Famers in Cooperstown.
