Twelve true greats of the game are all here in various fountain pen ink. Blank cards compiled over a period of years by Adolph "Fink" Fischl, who befriended some really big names in his day: Ty Cobb, Honus Wagner, Walter Johnson, Tris Speaker, Grover Cleveland Alexander, Rogers Hornsby, Eddie Collins, George Sisler, Connie Mack, Ted Williams, Dizzy Dean and Pee Wee Reese are all here side by side. Cobb, Wagner and Williams date to 1944. Group ranges from 7/10 to 10/10 in strength, with Hornsby, Mack and Sisler the boldest. The cards are neatly affixed to the reverse of a Brooklyn Dodgers wire photo from the late 1940's. Six have tack holes, away from the writing. Amazing group is in Excellent condition overall.
