Follows is a nutshell description of each grouping: #1) Thirty one French engravings of Warriors on their mounts by Chez Martinet 7 x10". #2) EX 19 x 11" watercolor print of General LaSalle by V. Huen. #3) Group of 8 original hand colored prints depicting the life, glory and death of Napoleon, in small format 14 x4", EX. #4) Set of six color engravings depicting Russian Sharpshooters, Fusiliers, Dragons, Currassiers and Cossacks, all in EX measuring 9 1/2 x 14". #5) Large grouping of 32 splendid hand-colored 5 x 8" French restoration plates, drawn and engraved by Canu (Paris 1816-25). #6). Major lot of 39 hand-colored images of Allied troops from second restoration published by Chez Genty, Paris (1816) EX, 8 1/2 x 11". #7). Two gorgeous hand-colored original prints depicting Veterans of the Armee of Italy and Napoleon with a line of Grenadiers, EX 9 1/2 x 12". #8). Four color prints published in London in 1815 by J.Jenkins depicting four British views of the Campaign in Spain 1808-13, EX 11 x 14". #9) Large 11 x 17" well known, poster like watercolor caricature of Napoleon as a Monster, published in England in 1814.
