A nice little shoebox collection of 44 1950's baseball cards. The high bidder will find a complete set of 16 1952 Royal Desserts cards. This set was issued as a premium by Royal Desserts in 1952; it is comprised of 16 unnumbered black and white cards each measuring 5 x 7". The cards include the inscription "To a Royal Fan" along with the player's facsimile autograph. All cards have blank backs. The key cards of the set are Musial EX, Reese EX-MT, Spahn EX-MT, Rizzuto VG-EX. The balance of the set is in the EX range with many of the cards showing some light mildew from probably storage in a basement. 1950 Bowman # 69 VG. 1953 Bowman Color (3 cards ) with # 59 Mickey Mantle VG-EX+, light wear to the corners and the card is slightly miscut top to bottom and # 36 Minoso. Additionally there are (2) 1950 Drakes cards Allie Reynolds and Ed Stanky VG, 1952 Bowman (3 cards) with # 33 McDougald EX, 1954 Bowman (3) cards with # 6 Fox VG. (16) 1953 Topps cards including # 41 Slaughter VG-EX and # 265 Jensen EX (miscut l/r).
