Graham was an all-state athlete in two sports in high school, and was recruited by just two schools--Northwestern and Dartmouth. Northwestern won out, and Graham went there on a basketball scholarship, where he starred. Eventually he switched to football, and you know the rest. 10 karat gold filled Bulova watch was presented to Otto, and it looks like he wore it. Awarded to him for being named to the 1943-44 Pic Magazine All American Basketball Team. Engraved on the back, "Pic All-American Basketball Team 1943-44 Otto Graham-Northwestern".
