One of the most recognizable boxing photos in history here, lavishly autographed by Rocky Marciano. 16 x 20" black and white image of The Rock's explosive right to Jersey Joe Walcott's chin on the night of September 23, 1952, which effectively crowned a new Heavyweight Champion of the World. Large inscription and signature in blue ballpoint "To Al, Best Wishes, Rocky Marciano" in a clear location. The writing and autograph are a 10 of 10 all the way. There has been some minor restoration to the poster itself, otherwise Very Good condition. Displays much better. Marciano is uncommon in signed photos, and is very scarce in larger pieces such as this example.
