Teddy Ballgame was the perfect pitchman for Moxie soft drinks, since no one ever had more of the stuff -- Moxie, that is; we don’t know if he actually drank the popular New England soda brand -- than the daunting ex-fighter pilot. Original tin advertising sign (27 x 19") from the 1940's is a terrific period piece that is immortalized by a big and bold Williams signature in black marker. Signature is 9/10. Williams endorsed Moxie soda during the 1950's, hence the connection. Sign is VG-EX.
