A great baseball from the human hit machine Peter Edward Rose. Official Rawlings NL ball (Feeney) with vintage notation in felt tip "Base Hit #4100" on one panel. Mint inscription on another in blue ballpoint, "Base Hit #4100 Pete Rose". Some nice scuff marks on this ball that obviously got smacked a few times before being retired. LOA stating this prized sphere was obtained from Mr. Rose. Only one other dude can say he reached this number, and that would be Tyrus Raymond Cobb.
