Edmonton native and NHL Hall of Famer Neil Colville was inducted into his hometown's Sports Hall of fame in 1975. From 1936-1942 Colville anchored the famous "Bread Line" along with his brother Mac and Alex Shibicky for the NY Rangers. His career was inturrupted by WW II, and from 1943-1944 was dutifully served in The Candaian Armed Forces.Upon returning to the NHL in 1945, Colville was switched from Forward to Defense and was the 1st player ever to be named an All-Star at each position.This is his beautiful matted Edmonton Hall of Fame Certificate. It measures 16" x 13" and comes matted along with a signed 3" x 5" cut. The signature is a 7 of 10 and certificate shows slight fading from being displayed.
