December 13, 1969 letter typed on Old Ski Nose's personal stationery calls a Murray column on "The Fat One", meaning Minnesota Fats, "delicious" and ends, "Best of luck and happy holidays, Regards, Bob," with the name in blue ink. 7 x 10" letter is NRMT with 2 light folds and a tiny tear at the upper left from a removed staple.
