It's in black pen (NRMT) on a page with 2 great magazine shots of him, at the bottom of the one of him dribbling to the hoop, head down and with a blase expression. The other side has a 2-shot of his teammate Lynn Shackelford, with both shots signed by Shackelford, also NRMT. Autographs were obtained in person. Page is VG with a small piece of one corner torn off.
