Cover 95%, Front and back cover still connected though loose. 2 other issues of Action Comics, one March 1940, other from around the same time but with cover torn off where date would be, 80% of each cover intact, inside pages in decent shape. Also non-Superman Wow Comics Vol. 1, No. 2 (April 18-July 18, 1941) w/Mr. Scarlet, Atom Blake, etc. Cover 50%, back cover nearly intact, pages poor.
