The other signature is from the guy holding the piece Ruth is signing -- Christy Walsh, the newspaper cartoonist who became Ruth's business manager and saved him from squandering his fortune. We don't know who the guy eagerly waiting for Ruth to sign a ball is. Both signatures are in blue fountain pen and merit solid 8/10s, with Walsh's a bit harder to see against his dark jacket. 6.5 x 8.5" photo is G-VG with some curling, light creasing and paper loss of the upper right and lower left corners.
